HOW TO JOIN THE RAFFLE VIA BENCH LIFESTYLE APP:

  • To join the raffle, download the Bench Lifestyle App (available on IOS and Android)
  • Register with your legal name (as shown on a valid government-issued ID), address, contact number, and email. If you are already a member, please ensure your profile includes your legal name and updated contact information.
  • Register your unique invite code, found on your receipt or official email (for Bench online purchases; note that cancellations or refunds are not allowed once the invite code is issued), on the Bench Lifestyle App from January 7 - 20 (VIP) and January 16 - 27 (Lower Box, Upper Box, and GA).
  • Each mobile app user can only register one unique invite code.
  • The DTI-supervised electronic raffle draw and announcement of winners is on January 28, 2025 at The Bench Tower, BGC, Taguig City. 
  • Winners will be notified through their registered mail, email, and/or SMS with instructions on how to claim their prizes. Their names will also be posted on Bench’s official social media pages.

CLAIMING OF RAFFLE PRIZES AND FREEBIES:

  • ALL SIGNED POSTER WINNERS must claim their prizes from Bench staff at the designated redemption booth within the venue on the event day.
  • For verification, present your physical ticket, notification from Bench Lifestyle App, and a valid government-issued ID. 
  • If a representative is claiming on your behalf, they must provide an authorization letter including your contact details for verification, and notification from Bench Lifestyle App, and valid government-issued ID. 
  • Participants who will not be able to claim their prizes at the SM Mall of Asia Arena may get their items at The Bench Tower in BGC within 60 days after the event.

REDEMPTION OF TICKETS:

  • To get tickets, participants may present their purchase receipts at any SM Ticket outlets from January 7 - 30 (VIP) and January 16 - February 2 (Lower Box, Upper Box, and GA).
  • Ticketing charges apply.
  • Participants may choose available seats upon ticket redemption.

PROMO VALIDITY:

  • Not valid for purchases using gift vouchers issued to talents and endorsers or released through other promotions.
  • This promo will not overlap with other online and in-store promotions.
  • The promo is not in conjunction with other discount schemes, including the Bench Stylish Mondays discount.
  • BENCH Lifestyle App and Cardholders can still earn points for in-store items only.
  • Existing return and exchange policies will apply to items of the same price as the original purchase amount. Items that exceed the original purchase amount 
    cannot be upgraded to a higher package.
  • Once transaction is completed, package upgrades are not allowed.

  • All available payment methods except gift vouchers, Bench App Voucher Promo, and Bench Red Discount Card

  • All available payment methods except CASH ON DELIVERY and bank deposit/transfer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Minors below five (5) years old are not allowed whether with or without a guardian. Minors aged five (5) to 14 years will be allowed to enter the venue provided that the minor is accompanied by a guardian who must also be a verified ticket-holder. 
  • Suyen Corporation will not take any responsibility or liability for any damage caused by the resale of tickets and other freebies acquired from this promotion.
  • All employees of Suyen Corporation and its advertising and PR agencies, as well as their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity, are not allowed to join the promotion.
  • Lost and damaged POS receipts/tickets will not be replaced or reprinted.
