Bench Active Hybrid Games Women's Category - March 7 (Day 1)

BENCH Active Hybrid Games is a fitness competition that blends running with functional workout stations. Athletes run 200 meters, complete one functional exercise, and repeat this cycle eight times—rotating to a different functional movement each round.
