Bench Active Hybrid Games Men's Category - May 31 (Day 2)

BENCH Active Hybrid Games is a fitness competition that blends running with functional workout stations. Athletes run 200 meters, complete one functional exercise, and repeat this cycle seven times—rotating to a different functional movement each round.

Approximately three (3) days before the event, your personal start time will be shared on BENCH Active's social media pages.

Note: Only participants aged 18 and above are allowed to join the BENCH Active Hybrid Games 2026 Leg 2.
