BENCH ACTIVE HYBRID GAMES 2026 - LEG 2

BENCH Active Hybrid Games is a fitness activity that blends running with functional workout stations. Athletes run 200 meters, complete one functional exercise, and repeat this cycle seven times—rotating to a different functional movement each round.

RACE INFORMATION

ATHLETE CHECK-IN

• All participants are required to present a valid government-issued ID
• Check-in on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Your race ticket permits access to the venue solely on the day of your scheduled race. Attendance on any other day is not allowed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all participants as well as to maintain an optimal experience for everyone.

CANCELLATION & NAME TRANSFER GUIDELINES

Cancellation

• Participants who intend to cancel their registration and request a 100% refund must submit their request via email to customersupport@benchmail.ph before May 15, 2026, 12:00 PM (noon).
• Requests received after this cut-off will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer of Name

• Participants who intend to transfer their registration to another person must submit their request via email to customersupport@benchmail.ph before May 22, 2026, 12:00 PM (noon).
• Requests received after this cut-off will not be accepted.
• Transfers are permitted only once per registration and must be to a participant of the same gender.
  

Important Notes

•  All requests must include:
  •  Your registered full name
  • Order number
  • (For transfers) The full name of the new participant, along with a valid government-issued ID
•  After the stated cut-off dates, no cancellations, refunds, or name transfers will be accepted. 
• Refunds and name transfers will be processed strictly according to the deadlines outlined above.

Change in Companion

• Each registered participant may bring a maximum of two (2) companions.
• Companions below fourteen (14) years old are strictly not permitted.
• Companions aged fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) years old are allowed entry, provided they are accompanied at all times by a legal guardian who is one (1) of the declared companions of the participant. 
• All companions are required to present their valid government-issued ID upon event check-in for verification purposes.
• Participants who intend to change their companion must submit their request via email to customersupport@benchmail.ph before MAY 22, 2026 12:00 NN 
  

OTHERS

• Only participants aged 18 and above are allowed to join the BENCH Active Hybrid Games LEG 2 2026.

After the stated cut-off dates, no cancellations, refunds, or name transfers will be accepted.

Refunds and name transfers will be processed strictly according to the deadlines outlined above.
