BENCH ACTIVE HYBRID GAMES 2026 - LEG 3

BENCH Active Hybrid Games is a fitness activity that blends running with functional workout stations. Athletes run 400 meters, complete one functional exercise, and repeat this cycle eight times—rotating to a different functional movement each round.

RACE INFORMATION

ATHLETE CHECK-IN

  • All participants are required to present a valid government-issued ID.
  • Check-in on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
  • Your race ticket permits access to the venue solely on the day of your scheduled race. Attendance on any other day is not allowed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all participants as well as to maintain an optimal experience for everyone.

CANCELLATION & NAME TRANSFER GUIDELINES

Cancellation

  • Participants who intend to cancel their registration and request a 100% refund must submit their request via email to customersupport@benchmail.ph before September 13, 2026 (12:00 NN).
  • Requests received after this cut-off will not be eligible for a refund.

Transfer of Name

  • Participants who intend to transfer their registration to another person must submit their request via email to customersupport@benchmail.ph before September 20, 2026 (12:00 NN).
  • Requests received after this cut-off will not be accepted.
  • Transfers are permitted only once per registration and must be to a participant of the same gender.

Important Notes

  •  All requests must include:
    •  Your registered full name
    • Order number
    • The full name of the new participant, along with a valid government-issued ID. (For Transfers)
  •  After the stated cut-off dates, no cancellations, refunds, or name transfers will be accepted. 
  • Refunds and name transfers will be processed strictly according to the deadlines outlined above.

Spectator Guidelines

  • Each registered solo or double participant may bring only one (1) spectator.

     

  • Spectators aged 12 to 17 can purchase a Spectator Pass for ₱400, provided they are accompanied by a registered spectator.  

     

  • Spectators aged 11 and below may enter for free and must be accompanied by one (1) registered adult spectator. One (1) adult may accompany one (1) child only. 

     

  • Spectator Passes can be purchased in advance via online at shop.bench.com.ph or bought directly onsite at the venue.

     

  • All available payment methods are accepted for onsite spectator pass purchases, except Gift Certificates issued to talents and endorsers. 

     

  • All spectators are required to present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in for verification. 

     

  • Any request to change a registered spectator must be sent via email to customersupport@benchmail.ph before September 20, 2026, at 12:00 NN.

OTHERS

  • Only participants aged 18 and above are allowed to join the BENCH Active Hybrid Games LEG 3 2026.

After the stated cut-off dates, no cancellations, refunds, or name transfers will be accepted.

Refunds and name transfers will be processed strictly according to the deadlines outlined above.
